From the moment we checked in at Kaiser Realty to the moment we left was a wonderful experience!! The Home was spectacular and more than what we expected... We had 4 generation's of family all together under one roof and this house met everyone's needs.It was wonderful,We had such a great time and we will return... Thank's So Much.. This was our fifth time staying at Rolling Tide II. Our family (mom, dad, children and grandchildren) gather there every other year for Spring Break. It's a great place to stay, quiet beautiful beach! We find the house to be well maintained and the owners make upgrades as needed. It is always very clean! We plan to return!

We truly enjoyed staying at this beach house. It was perfect for our family. I just hated that I could book it this year because someone else had beat me to it during the time frame that I wanted.

Our family has been coming to "our beach house" now for 4 years! We love it here. The house has always been comfy and cozy and we were surprised and delighted when we walked in 2days ago and found it completely refreshed!! Fresh paint throughout, new counter tops in the bathrooms, some new furniture! Our grandchildren and our "big kids" look forward to coming here from Wisconsin each year. We only wish we would have found this house years sooner. We've been coming to gs for the past 20+ years. Kaiser has been the best to rent from and their kind reps make it easy to get our dates set up. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories for so many years!!

We group of four ladies who have rented Rolling Tide II for the past four years are very happy to be able to stay in this cozy house and appreciate its owners making it available for us. there are, however, a few maintainence issues that need to be taken care of. The bathroom sinks have broken or non-working stoppers, so water cannot be held in them. There are a few loose tiles on the kitchen floor which could cause tripping. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job of checking details like light bulbs and fixtures (a bathroom ceiling globe fell and shattered as one of us was about to get out of the bathtub. We sincerely hope that these minor problems will be tended ti, as we look forward to our Nov. trip in 2013.

We have stayed in this house for four years and hope to return again in November 2013. We like this house because of the layout - we each (4 women) have our own space with bedroom and bath in each corner of the house with the big common area (kitchen and living room) down the center. We like the covered and open deck and love sitting there each morning (weather permitting)to drink our coffee. The location is perfect although in November it does feel a bit isolated with very few people that far down on West Beach. We had several problems this year in the bathrooms. The drains/stoppers do not work properly in the lavatories and the tubs do not drain properly and this year a light fixture in the bathroom (the one between the two bedrooms on the east side of the house) fell when one of us was getting out of the shower. Had she been a few seconds quicker it would have hit her as she stepped out of the shower. It broke into a lot of pieces so could have caused serious injury to her. Also in this bathroom there is not enough racks for hanging towels, bathrobes, etc. Also, this year we noted that things, although not extremely bad, were "less clean" than in the past and that there were a lot of surfaces that needed painting. Since we like this house and stay here every year despite some of the problems I have mentioned, we felt that we might get a break on the rental fee seeing as we do stay for an entire week during a time when there are alot of rentals sitting empty, but I was told that was not possible. One year Kaiser did allow us to rent for the same price as the year before but apparently that was just a one time special.

We have spent six Christmas holidays, from Christmas Eve until New Year's Eve, with our family in Kaiser beach homes and it has been the highlight of each year. The last three years we enjoyed staying in Rolling Tide II. We so looked forward to returning that I made the 2010 reservation on January 1, 2010 so that I wouldn't forget to get it reserved. I reserved an arrival date of December 23 that time in hopes that we might be able to come a day sooner. I had planned to change it back to the usual December 24 arrival if we were unable to extend our stay. I expected to finalize the dates when I paid the balance of the bill prior to the stay. In the past I was notified more than a month before the final bill was due. This year it dawned on me that it was the week before Christmas and I had not heard from Kaiser or paid my bill and I was concerned that something had gone wrong and we had lost our reservation. When I called to check on it and pay the balance I realized that I had not changed the date to arrive on December 24 since we were unable to get there a day earlier. The representative told me that I could not change anything at that time and would have to pay for the extra unused day. I paid for eight days even though we only stayed our usual seven days. While we were there the washing machine did not work and we had to get by without clean laundry. I appreciated that one day's rent was refunded to compensate for that. I still think it would be fair for Kaiser to refund the rent for December23 when we were not there. I expected to have the opportunity to drop the extra day when I reviewed and paid the final bill. I expected to be reminded early enough to meet your deadlines as I had in previous years. I appreciate your consideration in this matter.
