The condo was wonderful, very clean and inviting. It was like a home away from home. This vacation was a healing time for my daughter and I, as we have lost our little sister and youngest daughter; and it did help. We relaxed and enjoyed the beach and each others company. We intend on coming back to the Regency Isle every beach trip. Thank you for the wonderful facility.

I have always LOVED the Regency Isle have stayed in 606 several times. The pool area is a mess. Rust on several doors by the floor. Looks like it is becoming as bad as the Tidewater. First of all the unit was dirty. I believe it sat empty for a long time before I got there. There were bugs in the bathrooms and a large roach roaming around...where there's one there are more. The furniture in the living room leaves a lot to be desired. Coach is very uncomfortable. As is the recliner. The beds were comfortable. I was disappointed we got there. Complained about the bugs twice, someone came out once...second time after the bugs came back and the roach appeared i called, but no one came the spray. I hope I did not bring anything home with me. Very sad about the condition of The regency Isle...breaks my heart. They take so much time preparing for the summer residents, but could care less about people who take care of the units.I washed the floors and dusted the unit. Even washed the balcony floor as it was black in spots. Oh well I want to stay there again next year, but trying to decide if there is a cleaner Condo in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach Area.Love it down there, wish I could move, however my family is here in Ohio.

Have stayed at Regency Isle several times, but this was the least enjoyable of the many. The condo was not up to the same high standard we expect there. The cooking utensils were limited (I bought a cutting mat, e.g.) and the furnishings were below standard, we thought. We were, however, still at the beach, so any short comings were minor, by comparison. We still love the Gulf Shores area and will return many times more.
