Point House II is located approximately 8 miles east on Perdido Beach Blvd. on beautiful Romar Beach with a terrific view of Perdido Pass.
This 3-bedroom, 2½ bathroom Orange Beach home has a wrap-around deck that provides for a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The ground floor includes an open and spacious living room, a kitchen that is fully-equipped with tiled counter tops and an island, laundry room, dining room, and a half bath.
All bedrooms are located on the second floor facing the South with a view of the Pass, and have access to the large deck. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a sofa sleeper and a private bath. The second bedroom features two twin beds, while the third bedroom has one king-size bed and two queen-size beds, with a common area bath.

The house was clean, well decorated, and spacious. If I had one complaint I thought it was a little misleading with the pictures. We thought it was right on the beach when there was actually a huge wall and drop and we had to walk a mile every day to go swimming.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. There was plenty of room for guests and it is a close walk to the beach. It is located on the sea wall and makes it nice for families that like to fish. I would recommend this house to others.
