Lovely location; reasonable rates, since it isn't directly on the gulf, yet beautiful golf course views. Kaiser has always been first rate. Only complaint about the unit is the lack of insulation between the first floor unit and whoever is upstairs...can hear every time they move a muscle. They should have considered taking some of that 11-foot ceiling space to add some more noise-canceling padding! Great fishing on the bay at the development and perfect for bike riding and walking.

We had a wonderful time here. Everything so well organized. House was lovely with a great view of the golf resort. A much needed break.

Great condo for a family! Clean, up to date, comfortable and plenty of room. Only two problems: the alligator in the pond right behind the condo (it will run after you), and the fact that you have to pay to use the pool, ect. For a family with children who want to use the pool on a daily basis (since the condo is not near the beach) this is an added expense that needs to be considered. If this changed, The Links at Peninsula would be the perfect place to stay for every vacation.

We spent one month and played nine rounds of golf right next store at our favorite course in the Gulf Shores area. The surrounding area provided for very nice walks in the gated community on non-golf days. The unit itself was bigger than we needed. The first floor location allowed for easy access to the lawn on the golf course side. The interior was spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen was better equipped than we have found in other units. Our lunches at the club house were a particular favorite.

Plce was great! Kaiser was wonderful!! Would recommend this to everyone...

I golf so location and golf availibility was excellent. No internet access is a big drawback and the TV at least in the living room needs upgraded. You can hear most activity that goes on upstairs.
