We loved this place. The grandchildren especially loved the balcony which could be entered from each bedroom as well as living room. It was very clean spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was great, the view was outstanding In fact everything was superb. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. One other thing I like very much is how Kaiser gives you the complete price for everything and there were no surprises as far as additional charges.

My husband and I took our children and our mothers on a week long vacation to Orange Beach, AL. We stayed at the Pelican Pointe Condo Room #701. The view was "heaven on earth" amazing. Can hardly wait another year to return. Our daughter became engaged on this trip and will be spending her honeymoon in Orange Beach in exactly a year. We will be vacationing again at that time also. Praying we can get the same condo again. Awesome experience!

The Condo was beautiful. The wrap around deck had an awesome view. My only complaint was Security. While I understand and appreciate that security was on duty at all times I feel they were a little too strict with the Pool rules and overall security. I felt like they constantly were hounding people, not just my group. In fact several of the tenants complained as well.

Wow! What a great choice we made! Unit 701 is on the East corner of the building and all of the bedrooms, the living area and the dining room have doors that open onto the wrap around balcony with gorgeous views of the gulf waters. From the kitchen we could look out of the side windows and see for miles down the beach! It was also easy to keep an eye on the kids playing on the beach. The decor inside was really nice. Instead of the typical turquoise they used cream and sage with touches of red - nice! We could fit 8 people in the unit (3 bdrms and a pull-out sofa) and the kitchen was well stocked for that many. We loved having the indoor pool. There were a few chilly days but, the kids were still able to to have a good time swimming while we enjoyed the hot tub which shares a side of the pool. We were sooo happy to have an onsite tennis court that we played too much so the hot tub was nice to have! Didn't have to drive too far for anything, either. The WalMart market, a number of restaurants, a mini-golf/video arcade/go-kart park, and some popular nightclubs are actually all within walking distance. Some a little further than others, but, easily walkable. We also played golf at the Gulf State Park which has a beautiful course and is only a ten minute drive from the condo. (Good rates, too!) Oh, and pick up some steaks at the Market, the complex has just put in a really nice BBQ area with several gas grills. We'll be back. Hope this unit is available! (Realized we didn't give any negatives but, there really weren't many - balcony tile needs a little attention and the tub drain needed to be unclogged which is understandable with all of the sand, etc. - No major complaints.)

Kitchen was very well stocked. Balcony was awesome. Check-in a breeze. Only negative I can think of is one night we came in late and parking lot was full so we had to park in a spot that really wasn't a parking spot.

Very nice condo, could use some updates mostly the blinds. Great location. Nice indoor pool for cool weather. We had a great time and would use them again.
