The staff at Kaiser were very helpful and quick to get us started on one week stay at Pelican Pointe 202. We found the condo very clean with everything we needed to relax and enjoy the beach. The deck was very nice and roomy and overlooked the pool and beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning with coffee watching dolphins. The security staff were very friendly and helpful. The grill area was very nice, most grill areas are not clean and uninviting, not this area, it was very clean. The only downfall was that people would leave their trash on the beach and it was sad to see due to Orange beach being so beautiful! If we were to return, we would definitely book Pelican Pointe 202!
