This unit on the ground floor was perfect for our family. Our triplets were three-years-old and very active. We did not want a unit with a balcony because we did not want to be constantly worried about them falling over the railing. Our unit was in front of the children's pool and we could watch them from our patio just steps away. The complex was quiet at night, and we felt safe with the security guard walking the property on a regular basis. We highly recommend this unit to anyone with young children.

Our stay was exceptional!!! We were on the first floor right by the pool and it worked out perfectly!!! We will definitely be renting from you all again. I have nothing but great things to say about our condo and our rental experience!!! Check in and check out was super easy!!! Thanks for everything!!!

We actually stayed at Summer House units a101 and a102. (You all moved us because of plumbing problems at Pelican Point). Condos were awesome. Location was fantastic. Condo a102's fridge has a problem with the seal on the door. Someone might want to check it out. Door didn't always stay closed tight.
