The Patty House features vaulted ceilings, a large kitchen, dining room and living room with a sleeper sofa. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows on the south wall with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The south side of this beach house has an open deck, wonderful for listening to the crashing waves. The southeast, southwest, and northwest bedrooms all have king size beds, while the northeast bedroom has two twin beds. Each side of the house features a bathroom located in the hall between each bedroom.
