This is the second time we've had the chance to rent this home on the beach. This home offers a great design, perfect for large groups. There is some deferred maintenance that needs to be tended to, but overall, a very comfortable home on the beach! My biggest complaint however, was that there was no available wireless connection. I had to bring work with me and unfortunately, I had to spend more money renting a connection on a daily rate. In this techy world, wireless should be a standard amenity for any rental.

This is the second time for us to rent Pair O Dice. Last September, five couples and my husband and I came down and we liked it so much we rented it for our family during Spring Break this year. Both times were wonderful. This house is perfect for a group who likes their own bedroom and bathroom. We definitely will rent again.

We have stayed a couple of times at the Pair O Dice. Our group is 10-12 women that take an annual beach trip and we love this house. It is in a great location and enjoy that it has a pool on the beach so we get the best of both worlds.

The location was wonderful. Having a private pool was great. We sat on the beach and watched the fireworks on the 4th. Such a great family reunion! Appliances need to be updated, but beds were good and the air conditioning was excellent.

First off, I believe this house is named Pair-o-dice or Pair of Dice, not Pair-O-Dive. It was a little difficult to find on tripadvisor. This is a wonderful 3 story house located directly on the beach. It is nestled in between two medium sized condominium developments (I believe a garden Hilton and a Romar beach condo). So, don't expect a great deal of isolation or privacy if that is a concern. It's still a very good location close to everything one might need. There is a private pool which is really nice to have and saw much use during our stay. As I mentioned the house is 3 stories with each floor probably having well over 1.00 square feet. The bottom floor has a couple of covered parking areas and the front entrance. There is one bedroom on this floor (which includes bunk beds), bathroom, living room, kitchenette, and rear exit to pool and beach access. The second floor is the "main" floor. It has the main kitchen, dining area, and living room (all open and nice), as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Tall ceilings and hardwood floor throughout the house. The kitchen was well appointed and had plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, etc... Be warned, children running around and screaming echoes through much of the house and my wife and I, who don't have children yet, were awakened each morning. But hey, it was a family trip and now we know what others in our family with children have to deal with all the time! There are also covered balconies on the second and third floors with wonderful views of the beach and ocean! The third floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a living room and kitchenette. We were lucky enough to stay in the master bedroom, which is located on this floor. It had a really nice bathroom with separate stand up shower and jetted tub (each very large), big closet, and access to the balcony. All the beds were comfortable, there are laundry rooms on bottom and top floors. The only minor problems encountered were the second floor aC not getting cool enough and the second floor sliding door a bit difficult to open/close. Both of these issues were resolved immediately. I'd have to give credit to Keiser realty for making sure their guests/customers are completely satisfied. In closing, I would say all had a wonderful trip. We hope to return again soon. We recommend this rental! The house was in very good condition and clean when we arrived

Beautiful property with lots of room for a large group. Even better than described on the Web site. The weather was perfect the weekend we were here. We will stay here again! Because of their outstanding service, Kaiser Realty is the only company I do business with now.

My family and I truly enjoyed every moment we spent at Pair-O-Dice in March 2010. I didn't hear any complaints from anyone about anything pertaining to the place. Probably the only thing might have been that the pool wasn't heated but three of my grandsons still gave it a try. Being able to have and enjoy the beach whenever we wanted was wonderful. The property was super. Clean and well furnished. It was enjoyed by our entire family. We have already reserved it for next year, same time.
