Ocean Terrace is a beautifully-constructed 6-bedroom, 5.5 bath Gulf Shores beach home with private pool located approximately 6.5 miles west of Hwy 59 in Laguna Key Subdivision on Little Lagoon. This gated subdivision offers a boardwalk, Gulf side pavilion, pier on little lagoon, pool and tennis courts. Ocean Terrace sits one tier back from the beach, with a limited view of the Gulf.
The main level of the home features a screened-in porch, large deck, living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, wet bar, laundry room and a half bath. On the southwest side of the main level is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bath including a jetted garden tub and separate shower. This master has private deck access. The second level of Ocean Terrace also features a master bedroom on the southwest side with a king-size bed and a private bath including a jetted garden tub and separate shower. This master also has private deck access. A guest bedroom located on the southeast side of the home has private deck access and features a queen-size bed and private bath. Located on the northeast side of the second level is a guest bedroom featuring a king-size bed and private bath. On the southwest side of Ocean Terrace is a third guest bedroom with private deck access featuring 2 twin beds. This bedroom uses a common bath.
The remaining guest bedroom on the northwest side of the home offers two sets of bunk beds with a common bath located in the hallway. The sitting area on this floor features a queen sleeper sofa. This is a non-smoking home.

With enough beds for 16 we were able to sleep our entire family under one roof. We have never stayed in a rental that was as completely furnished as Ocean Terrace. There were 8 Tv's in the house so any of the family were able to watch their own favorite shows. Though it was too cool for the house's own pool or the Gulf it was warm enough for us to walk on the beach or fish in Little Lagoon off the pier that is part of Laguna Key.Our daughter and son-in-law played tennis on the court next to the community pool. This was our first time in Ocean Terrace but it will not be our last. We plan a return trip late this summer and many more times in the future.
