Nova Grande, a cute little 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf Shores beach house, includes a loft and is nestled on the sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This house is located on West Beach Blvd. approximately 2.25 miles from Highway 59 in the heart of Gulf Shores, and is conveniently located to all the local attractions.
The first floor features the living room, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms. The living room has two separate seating areas located on either side. The cathedral ceilings give this room a very spacious and airy feel. The kitchen has a beautiful wooden bar and overlooks the dining room, which offers a table that seats six people. The sun deck stretches across the south end of the house and allows for relaxing evenings sitting and listening to the Gulf waves. The downstairs bedrooms are located on the east side of the house and share a hall bathroom. The southeast bedroom features a queen-size bed while the northeast bedroom has two twin beds. The upstairs loft can be reached by a spiral staircase and offers two twin beds. The second bathroom is located off the kitchen on the northwest end of the house.
Note: Monthly rentals are not allowed in this property.

We looked at several high rise condos and with a 2 1/2 year old, nothing really fit the list of things we needed in a rental. So glad we found Nova Grande. I have known Kaiser for years - the service and friendliness cant be beat (we had a smoke alarm with a dead battery and they sent a friendly person to fix it with no trouble and quickly). The house we rented was perfect - comfortable, clean, right on the beach, great porch. We could not have written a story better than the time we had at our beach rental. It was the perfect decision - and we will be renting Nova Grande again - thanks to Kaiser and the owners.

Overall a good stay. We were pleasantly suprised that the beach was relatively vacant. We were disappointed in the customer service, requesting the lock be repaired seceral times (over several days) before any action was taken. It's just a hassle one doesn't need on vacation - the inabilioty to lock the house when leaving. The house itself was nice, the area great and the weather (for the most part) excellent. Water was very choppy with strong rip tides while we were there - still great to look at and listen to.

This was our second stay at the Nova Grande. It is an older home, but clean and cozy. The kids love the spiral staircase that goes up to the loft. The location and the price are the two main reasons we like this house. It is located right off the main highway, Hwy 59 and takes just a few minutes to get to Wal-Mart and some good seafood restaurants. The price is the cheapest we've found for a house-NOT a duplex. Can't say anything we liked the least considering the location and price-we can't complain. Gulf Shores is a great family beach vacation.
