Lund is a Gulf-front Orange Beach vacation home located in the Nordic Villas community on Romar Beach, approximately 4.8 miles east of Highway 59. Lund is a three-story home with multiple decks, two living areas, two master suites with jetted tubs, and two laundry facilities, along with additional kitchen amenities.
The main entrance opens to a landing between the ground and main living level. The main level of Lund is the center of this home, with a great-room incorporating the living and dining areas, and a spacious kitchen, all looking out toward the Gulf of Mexico. Windows allow natural light and doors offer access to the outside covered deck that spans the width of this south side. There are two bedrooms on this level. The northeast bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The northwest bedroom offers twin beds and uses the common full bath with a tub/shower combination.
The third level of Lund features two spacious Gulf front master suites, each with a king bed. Both bedrooms offer private access to the outside covered balcony. These well-appointed bedrooms each include private full baths featuring whirlpool tubs, separate showers and double vanities. The two additional bedrooms on the north side each feature king beds and private full baths with a tub/shower combination. A small morning kitchen is centrally located on this level, as well as an additional laundry facility.
Down the stairs from the main level entry, the ground level features a living area on the beach side with a sleeper sofa and access to the covered deck and boardwalk to the beach. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, ice machine and small basic appliances. There are two bedrooms located on this level. One is Gulf front, featuring a king bed, private access to the full bath with shower, and private access to the ground-level patio. The north bedroom features two twin/twin bunks; this room shares the common bath utilizing the hall entrance. The full-size laundry room is located on this level.
The Nordic Villas common area includes two shared swimming pools located on the north side of the complex with large sundecks, tables, chairs and chaises. There are three barbeque grill areas, each with two grills, two additional large parking lots, and boardwalks leading to the beach from each house.

This was perfect for our large combined family stay. There was lots of space and we very much appreciated the downstairs den to use for the kids. Loved being in the middle of Orange Beach. I would highly recommend this house!

Our trip could have been perfect but we were affected by the storm "Lee". When we got in there on Friday afternoon, strong winds and rip current was so bad that red alert was strictly imposed. We didn't get to enjoy the beach the whole weekend though the pool was accessible. Even though we were given the opportunity to extend for a day or two for free, we had to go back home. If we were given the extra free nights on a separate weekend, we would definitely enjoy the beach.

Our stay was so wonderful with the whole family in from around the us for our son's wedding. The ceremony was held right out front on the dunes, and we hosted a beautiful beach brunch on the patio at the Lund. The care taker was so kind to check on us, and offer help and information. Our relatives plan to return for a vacation.

The staff at Kaiser were very helpful from beginning to end. They were responsive when I had a question and did not make me feel like a tourist. The home was beautiful. Lund was the third Nordic Village home that we stayed at and was great. We love the location of Nordic Village because of its proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. The sea shells are great in that location too. The best thing that I liked was the amenities of the home. The side table and bench beside the kitchen was a lifesaver. The home was very comfortable. Can't say that we had anything that we disliked about the home. Thanks Kaiser for making our 4th annual Super Bowl Weekend another success. See you next year!!

This Christmas could have been very sad because we lost a grandchild a few months ago. That is the reason we decided to do something different for Christmas and get the whole family together to experience this holiday. I am so thankful that everything in the Lund was just perfect down to every detail. There were extras that we didn't expect and came in very handy. I always cook a big holiday meal and had no problem finding adequate utensils to do this just like I did at home. We had one small problem with the ice machine and before we hung up the phone to report it , there was someone there to fix it. Thank you for making this important time special for us.
