Very clean, perfect!!! Lots of room! Lots of things to do, restaurant on the beach next to our rental, dolphins seen from our window, great for kids to go night crab hunting!

We came down to Gulf Shores for last minute get away for my birthday and we lucked out with this one! It was a great place to stay for our family of 4. It had just enough space for us all. We loved the location in the building: the sun did not shine in the windows in the morning so we could sleep in but was on the balcony in the afternoon so we could get some more sun if we wanted to. The view was great. The decor was a little dated and worn but it wasn't unbearable. Pools were always clean and the hot tub was a great. Sauna was a fun and unexpected surprise. We will be back.

We've stayed in this apt for 3 years and are signed up for next year.. Kaiser is the best!! They are super friendly and give great service! Our apt is nicely furnished but is getting a little dated. Tv's could be replaced..I think there are new owners so maybe they will be changing some things soon..and the internet & tv service was almost terrible this year but that's due to Mediacom. Gulf Shores & Orange Beach has much to do & see. A lot of great music venues, good food of all kinds, and of course the fresh seafood..
