Upon entry to License to Chill, you will immediately be impressed with the beautiful tile flooring, eclectic artwork and two spacious bedrooms fully equipped with queen beds, one with a private bath, and the other with a common bath. Take only a few steps further into the entryway and you will be greeted by beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a sitting bar in the illustrious kitchen area. Adjacent to the kitchen is a great dining room table with a magnificent view of the Gulf creating the perfect backdrop to fun family feasts during your stay. You won’t have to go far to kick your feet up and chill out, the top-of-the-line entertainment center and living room are also located on this floor. Encompassing the kitchen, dining and living room areas are ground-to-ceiling windows, making the Gulf seem only feet away. The broad tile deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is just another bonus to the great level of the house.

As you venture your way up the staircase to the top level of the house, light fixtures help lead the way. This floor holds 5 bedrooms, each as spectacular as the other. The Master Suite if furnished with a beautiful four-post bed, two arm-chairs overlooking the ocean, and a large flat screen television. Walk right out the bedroom door onto the upper balcony, and enjoy one of the best views of the Gulf on the island. The master bath features his and hers sinks, a large walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi tub fully equipped with a large window overlooking the sand and the surf. Also on this floor are two bedrooms with a set of bunk beds, with a shared bath room, and two bedrooms with king beds and private baths.
