We loved this unit. It was decorated wonderfully & equipped with everything we needed. Kudos also on what appeared to be recent remodel of kitchen & bath, the cabinetry & countertops were gorgeous! Everything looked updated & current which doesn't matter to some people but I tend to choose our vacation unit somewhat based on that. It felt like home away from home & was extremely affordable compared to many units we looked at prior to making our reservation. The value was surprising when you consider how many this unit will sleep (8) compared to the cost of some one bedroom units, even though we only had two people. It was close to Flori-Bama which we love & there is a new eatery called "The Gulf" that is very eclectic with fantastic food nearby that I highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again & would recommend it to friends or family.

Overall, it was a good place to stay. There was only one skillet, (not teflon) which made it harder to prepare meals, the furnace seem to run all night and on the cool mornings was chilly in living area. The vertical blinds need to be replaced as there are two different kinds on the same patio door. It was remodeled nicely but the table was hard to get in and out and with the light switch on that wall, it was difficult to flip switch. The furniture was the most uncomfortable in any condo I have stayed, and linens were in short supply. All in all the complex was quiet and nice balcony.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with my family, every Thanksgiving we spend on the Beach to visit my Mother in Foley. By renting a place on the Beach we are able to share unforgettable moments in life with the ones we love. All 4 generations of us Thank You.

Kaiser Realty was so helpful in finding us a great place to stay on a last minute notice. We had planned to go to Myrtle Beach but the weather was going to be awful. One hour before we were to walk out the door we contacted Kaiser Realty and we had just the right place for us and our budget within the hour. That place was Lei Lani. I will definitely use Kaiser again and would like to stay at the lei Lani again.

We loved the lei lani! It was so niceee and we loved tha balcony right on the beach! The whole experience was amazing and we plan to make this trip yearly!

Unit was adequate. Some dishes didn't appear to be clean on arrival. Unit setup was different than anywhere we have stayed. Loft is a neat idea. No air in the extra room off the loft. Thank goodness it wasn't hot while we stayed. Technology was old. Some technology didn't work. Web site had this property as Orange Beach (where we normally stay). It is actually in Perdido across the bridge. A little misleading. Not convenient to anything.

The property had an unusual layout, inadequate closet space (only one), and a noisy mainlevel bedroom. The property needed updating - sofa had holes in both sides of the cushions. Some appliances did not work.
