Used this unit for 9 days. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The washer and dryer did not work to well, they very quickly send repair service. We had to keep calling for cleaning the pool, and turning the heat on in the pool. We really liked the location. The biggest problem was the elevator, which broke down twice in three days. Being disabled and being on the 5th floor, this was a problem. They usually had it fixed within several hours. Pickins were slim during spring break , so I think we did pretty good. I think the unit was a good value. Nice height, great view, great balcony.

Unit could use new carpet and bedding to give the condo a more updated and cleaner feel. I had a difficult time accessing internet on a daily basis.
