Our first 3 generation family vacation and everyone was comfortable in this unit. We liked the location sort of away from the tourist stuff, but close enough to please all! Excellent place to satisfy different expectations of the perfect vacation. Grandma loved the ocean view and sound of the surf from the balcony! We will return here in the future.

a c problems ... bath in middle bathroom not clean ... had a c man out twice ...then did not get a phone call return about these problems .. not up to kaiser normal standards .. we have been staying with you for several years and this was not good. thx charles e collier

We were last minute planners and Kaiser Realty went above and behond to help fine a condo to accamodate our needs. Our sales rep took my number and called when one became available. The condo we stayed in was very nice it was on the beach.The after hours service was nice as well. The smoke detecters went off at fouram in the morning due to batteries needing to be replaced that wasn't pleasant. The front bedroom doesn't get as cool due to being by the units running outside they do put alot off heat.However, overall it was a good stay.
