Jenny Lind is a Gulf front duplex in the Nordic Villas community on Romar Beach, approximately 4.8 miles east of Highway 59 in Orange Beach. Each half of this three-level duplex features five bedrooms and 5.5 baths.
The ground level of Jenny Lind West features a porch-covered entry from the north side parking area, which opens to the foyer. A bedroom located on the northwest side of the foyer has two sets of twin bunks with a private full bath featuring a tub/shower combination. The Gulf front bedroom has a queen bed and a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. A cozy living area offers a sleeper sofa, as well as access to the patio and boardwalk leading to the sugary white sand and blue-green Gulf water. This space has a kitchenette with a sink, ice machine, full-size refrigerator and small basic appliances. There is also a half bath on this level.
The main level of Jenny Lind West features the living area, two dining tables, and kitchen, as well as one queen bedroom and bath. The common bath on this level has a shower. An open deck provides a place for a quiet retreat. The open stairway and upper-level landing heighten the ceiling and bring in the sunshine.
Completing the charm of this home, the third level features a Gulf front master bedroom with a king bed and a private full bath offering a combination jetted tub/shower. This master also offers access to a private Gulf front balcony. The north bedroom has two twin beds and a private full bath with tub/shower combination. Completing this level is a laundry room.
An adjoining door for access to Jenny Lind East is available when both sides of this duplex are rented. The door is located in the dining room.
The Nordic Villas common area includes two shared swimming pools located on the north side of the complex with large sundecks, tables, chairs and chaises. There are three barbeque grill areas, each with two grills, two additional large parking lots, and boardwalks leading to the beach from each house.

We went w/ our kids & grand kids! Had a really fun time. Got into building sand castles. House was the perfect location & size. The water was green & full of sea weed. We did not let that stop us from having a really fun time! Would do it again in a heart beat!

We loved it and have it booked this summer also. The three levels is a real plus with the children being on the bottom floor (and a parent in the next room). The location is peaceful and far from the maddening crowd.

Our friends went to Gulf Shores and stayed in Jenny Lind West on our Spring Break. The check-in process was so easy and all of the Kaiser Realty staff was incredibly friendly to all of us when we checked it. They let a bunch of random college students use the facilites of their beautiful building while we went through check in. The house is beautiful. Perfectly clean and in such a great location. I had been there before but my friends were 'surprised' at how nice the house was. The bedrooms were so great and all different with the sizes of beds which was perfect for us. The bathrooms ajoining the bedrooms were so convenient for showering and getting ready. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything that we could ever need to cook the meals we had planned out for the trip. It was so nice not to have to take kitchenware/dishes down with us. Everyone commented on how well the layout worked for our particular vacation and how fun/well the house was decorated on the inside. The pool in the front and the beach in the back were perfect for us. Some were more prone to lay on the beach all day while others enjoyed laying by and in the pool under the Orange Beach sun! Nights were wonderful. We made good use of the decks and porch on the bottom and found the swing to be perfect for late night chats. The owners of the house were around along with a maintenence man who were so wonderful and welcoming to us. It was so great to know you were renting from such friendly people. Our stay was fantastic and many of us commented that it was the "best week of our lives". We all needed to just relax and rejuvinate to get through the last couple of months of school and this was the perfect way to do it. Thanks to the owners, maintenance staff, and Kaiser Realty for making the vacation dreams of a bunch of college students come true! :)
