Jenny Lind is a Gulf front duplex in the Nordic Villas community on Romar Beach, approximately 4.8 miles east of Highway 59 in Orange Beach. Each half of this three-level duplex features five bedrooms and 5.5 baths.
The ground level of Jenny Lind East features a porch-covered entry from the north side parking area, which opens to the foyer. A bedroom located on the northwest side of the foyer has two sets of twin bunks with a private full bath featuring a tub/shower combination. The Gulf front bedroom has a queen bed and a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. A cozy living area offers a sleeper sofa, as well as access to the patio and boardwalk leading to the sugary white sand and blue-green Gulf water. This space has a kitchenette with a sink, ice machine, full-size refrigerator and small basic appliances. There is also a half bath on this level.
The main level of Jenny Lind West features the living area, two dining tables, and kitchen, as well as one queen bedroom and bath. The common bath on this level has a shower. An open deck provides a place for a quiet retreat. The open stairway and upper-level landing heighten the ceiling and bring in the sunshine.
Completing the charm of this home, the third level features a Gulf front master bedroom with a king bed and a private full bath offering a combination jetted tub/shower. This master also offers access to a private Gulf front balcony. The north bedroom has two twin beds and a private full bath with tub/shower combination. Completing this level is a laundry room.
The Nordic Villas common area includes two shared swimming pools located on the north side of the complex with large sundecks, tables, chairs and chaises. There are three barbeque grill areas, each with two grills, two additional large parking lots, and boardwalks leading to the beach from each house.

we enjoyed this beautiful home with my entire family. we had a 25th wedding anniversary on the beach and plenty of room for everyone.

This was our 26th year to rent a property with Kaiser Realty. We had reserved Twin Palms, a house on West Beach. Unfortunately, over our first 24 hours in that house, we found that Twin Palms had a variety of problems which made it impossible to stay. I called Kaiser and explained the problems. The Kaiser representative apologized and immediately told me that we would be moved to a different location. She was kind and sincere in her concern. Kaiser asked our preferences, a property was suggested, and we said yes. The Kaiser representative (Kimberly) said it would be ready to occupy by early afternoon of that same day and, as promised, we got the call from her at 1:40 that afternoon. We moved into Jenny Lind East and were completely happy with our new accommodations. We liked the new property so well that we have reserved it for 2012. Thank you for dealing with the problems promptly and making everything right. Ps. With regard to the question below, we obviously would not recommend Twin Palms, but would certainly recommend Jenny Lind East.

The House itself was great! The beach was beautiful and we had a great time until our neighbors showed up. They banged on the adjoining door as if they were the police in the process of a raid. We were offensively demanded to turn down our music and "shut it down for the night". It was 12:00 on a Saturday during a music festival. We had about 12 twenty-seven year old young professionals; they had their 80 year old grandmother. Needless to say we didn't mesh well. We were polite enough to take our good time down to the beach. However, I wish Kaiser would have informed our neighbors that gulf shores was hosting a huge music festival and that they could expect the very behavior they so rudely objected to.
