Condo worked well for multiple family trip. Need to have more than two parking passes due to families coming from different cities.

The room was nice but if you have children staying with you then you should know that there are 2 really nasty dirt patches on the balcony. Also only being allowed 2 parking permits for a condo that sleeps 10 is a hassel. The renter should also know that the properity is manged by meyer not kaiser so if there is a problem you deal with meyer. When my family stayed at this property the elevaters broke on a friday night and meyer told us they would not call anyone until monday, so for two days we had to walk up and down 14 flights of stairs. Considring all things my family will not stay at this property again.

Although the website says it sleeps 10, we only had 8. This condo served us beautifully! We had 1 family of four, 1 of three, and grandpa. The four rooms meant that everyone had a little privacy when they needed, but the common rooms were spacious enough for us to spend time together with enough seating for everyone to gather in the living or dining room. We were there to attend the Hangout Music Festival and our condo was a welcome respite at the end of a hot day listening to great music. We spent lots of our relaxing time on the beautiful beach, in the pool, and on the awesome balcony. (It turned out to be the perfect location to watch the fireworks show at the end of the festival each day.)

We had a fabulous stay in gulf Shores. The beach and water was great. The condo was nice but was lacking in some areas. The kichen didn't have a lot of supplies that most standard kitchens do. It was pretty bare. The rug in the living room was very nasty. It had a stinky smell. Wallpaper was peeling in several spots in the condo. We really did enjoy the beach though!!!

We had 6 golfers stay and used the big screen to watch the olympics each night. We enjoyed a different great golf course each day and a different restuarant each night. The only dissapintment was the needed repairs that had not been made. Wall paper torn in living room, large pieces had been torn away by prevous renters. The TV cabinet in one of the bed rooms had a door setting behind the cabinet, it had been torn off the hinges. The door know on the front door had poked a hole in the wall. This appeared to be caused by the lack of a door stop. These issues could all be repaired at minimal costs we would surprised that for a unit as nice as this that these we not repaired. We would recommend that these repairs be made bfore this condo is rented again.

Great condo, relaxing and easy to use. There are repairs that need to be made, peeling wallpaper in several places. For the upscale look of the condo we were surprised about the wallpaper. Also, it does not have a well stocked kitchen. Othere than that we loved our stay and have come back to this condo twice. We attempted to book it again for next year at this time, but the price was substantially higher so we may have to look around. Really did enjoy our stay!
