Our family ( 5 adults and 4 children) have traveled to Gulf Shores for 12 years and have used Kaiser Realty. Our representative, Janie Boeing, has taken care of us for years. We always receive top notch service and our house is always in excellent shape. We like to use the same home each year and renew on Thursday before we leave. Located down the beach we experience the true meaning of beach life. Our little ones are safe and can play and experience the "life" without any worries. The adults have the peace they love. It is strictly "family time" We go into town on one day the rest of the time we are "at the beach". The kitchen of the unit is very important as I do all of the cooking. This unit is what a Mom loves. Easy to prepare meals and easy to clean. Our decks are enjoyed by all and we love the underneath parking. Thank you Kaiser for allowing us to stay and provide us with such great service. There is not one thing to say I liked least. We even enjoyed the rain under the covered porch. I would highly recommend this house for a family. We at one time had 4 generations staying together. There is plenty of room and space for all to enjoy. it is comfortable and well equipped. The house was in a great, private location and the space was perfect for our needs. We didn't like the seaweed in the water every day, however. We also were not happy with the splinters from the deck. We were very happy with the size of the house and the set up. It was very clean and had all of the dishes, etc. that we needed. Our experience with renting through this company was great - easy and uncomplicated.

The property got a new air conditioner the day we arrived. It worked great and we were very comfortable. It was nice having an ice maker and a big island in the large kitchen. There is a lot of seating in the living room and dining room. We liked having a covered deck and a deck that got direct sunlight. My only complaint is more about the realty company than the house itself. We have used Kaiser Realty for several years and the sheets are always rough. The towels are too, but I don't mind that so much. I would love to see them get softer sheets.

We rented the house for a week. This was our fourth year to stay with Kaiser, until this year we had never ever had a issue with them. This year when we arrived at the house, excitment rushed over all of us. But when we all walked into the home it was dirty. There was dust, sand, dead bugs, crumbs, etc. My daughter, who has two small children, went to cleaning immediately. Also there were no sheets in the master bedroom, or the north bedroom with the king bed. Once she the house clean, and we called about sheets the trip was great. The house has just about everything you could want in the beach house. A wonderful porch, kitchen, view from the living room, and easy access to attraction just down the road. Our favorite part of the house was the ice maker, and the living room. It was a great "hang-out" for the 2 little ones, especially in the evening when they were sleepy. The only set back was the exposed plugs in the floor, small children are always attrached to those. But the flow of the house over all is perfect, and is great for families!
