Horningsholm is a Gulf front home located in the Nordic Villas community on Romar Beach, approximately 4.8 miles east of Highway 59 in Orange Beach. This charming Southern-style home has three stories with multiple decks and three separate living areas.

The ground level of Horninghsolm features a living area, kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. From the foyer, the living area is on the beach side, offering a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and access to the outside deck and boardwalk. The kitchenette has a sink, full-size refrigerator, ice machine and basic appliances. The living area has a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. The Gulf-front southwest bedroom has a king bed, private access to the deck, and access to the common full bath with a tub/shower combination. This bathroom also allows entry from the foyer. The northwest bedroom has one twin/twin bunk and one twin/full bunk. This bedroom has a private full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This level also has a separate laundry room with full-size machines.

The main level of Horningsholm features a great-room with  living and dining areas and a roomy kitchen complete with modern appliances. Windows and door-walls span the width of the covered deck that faces the Gulf. There are two bedrooms on this level. The northwest bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The northeast king bedroom has private access to the common full bath with a shower. This bath also has access from the hall.

Topping off this great home, the third level houses three bedrooms, a living area with a sleeper sofa, kitchenette including a full-size refrigerator and small appliances, and a laundry facility with a full-size washer and dryer. The spacious Gulf-front master bedroom has a king bed with private access to the outside deck and a large private bath featuring a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The northeast bedroom has a king bed with private access to full bath with shower.  This bath also has hall access. The northwest bedroom has a king bed with a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. Horningsholm has tile and carpeted flooring throughout and is non-smoking.

The Nordic Villas common area includes two shared swimming pools located on the north side of the complex with large sundecks, tables, chairs and chaises. There are three barbeque grill areas, each with two grills, two additional large parking lots, and boardwalks leading to the beach from each house.
