Loved our condo - loved the area - Kaiser Realty was great to work with. Plenty of room for all 22 of us. The week couldn't have been better. Would suggest this place to anyone with a lot of people.

Spaces worked out very well for our family. Everyone had good sleeping space, and plenty of room to spread out. The beach was excellent. Parking space was excellent for our 5 vehicles. Decor and furnishings were excellent when they new, but were showing lots of wear and tear now. Time for a thorough cleaning and some furniture replacement.

We had a total of 18 people staying in this house. Lots of small kids. It would have been perfect but there was a smell that permeated the entire place. The extra apt outside the house apparently had a fire of some sort. Damage was still evident, and not entirely repaired. I think the smell inside the house was a result from the outside fire. There were several of our family that complained the entire time about the smell. There was also a problem with one of the dishwasher's. Maintenance came quickly and fixed it.

Wow, what an impressive place to stay. We have a large family but we were completely comfortable here. Every available amenity in one place was great even for that one person who makes the whole stay tentative the place works
