Right on the beach! How nice! Location made up for the cleanliness of the house. Washer and dryer were a bit small, dryer took several cycles to dry a load. Beds were very comfortable. Kid friendly place.

We had a nice time at Gsth #40. This unit has an amazing view. The unit had a few issues with water leaks when it rained and the refrigerator was also leaking water. So 3 days of our stay were trying to keep the rain out by putting towels and garbage cans out. Although the leaks were a frustration we instead on staying there again next year which will be our third year in unit 40. Hopefully next year my husband can get up and down the stairs being that he had a pulled muscle in his knee and was on crutches. But that didn't stop the rest of us! =)

We have stayed at Gulf Side Townhomes for 18 years and in gs # 40 for the past 5. We really enjoy the atmosphere at this complex and the view and easy access to the beach is perfect. It is wonderful to go to sleep to the sound of the surf.
