When we arrived at the condo, it was not very clean. There were large dust balls under the tables in the master bedroom, the sheets on the bed had not been changed. However, the clean sheets were rolled up on the couch. After calling Kaiser Realty, they sent someone out immediately to clean the condo. He said they contracted the cleaning services and that they had not done their job. He changed the sheets on the beds even after we told him we had put the clean sheets on the bed that were on the couch. He said that Kaiser sheets were much better sheets than the ones left by the cleaning service. The guy from Kaiser was very nice and friendly and cleaned and dusted the rooms. The rest of the stay was fine and we enjoyed the condo. Was glad it was on the 2nd floor rather than on one of the top floors. The kitchen was very efficient; the chairs and couch could have been replaced to make it look nicer, but all in all we had a good experience and enjoyed being in Gulf Shores with our family who were staying in Tropical Winds and Edgewater.
