How am I supposed to be able to remember any details from my stay? I didn't even remember I'd stayed anywhere until I opened the e-mail and saw what rental property they were referencing. Maybe you guys should try sending the review e-mail like a week after the stay; when it's still fresh in their minds.

The only complaint that I have is the hot water heater is to small for the condo and after 1 or 2 showers we would run out of hot water. if it wasn't for the hot water issue I would have given this a 5 star.

We just needed a last minute place to stay for a few days. This unit was available and cheaper. It was clean and relativly well furnished. Good view of the beach/ocean. The condo had very few extra linnens and towels. We are a family of six. This would normally not be an issue. However, there is no practical washer and dryer in the unit. The rental company was also not the most friendly over the phone. I struugled to understand the lady who took my rental information. She seemed quite frustrated with my difficulty in understanding her. We did have a late check-in. The realtor had a process of packet pick-up that worked well.

The condo is decorated and furnished so nice. Beds comfortable. Kitchen has everything. Enjoyed 2nd year and plan to enjoy many more. Employees nice - check-in and out pleasant experience and reservations made for next year.
