Enjoy the view from windows that span the entire south side of Grandview and relax in the spacious living area that blends beautifully with the dining area and kitchen creating a great room atmosphere perfect for family gatherings.
The Main Level The state-of-the-art kitchen features two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a free standing ice machine as well as a long bar counter with additional seating. One of two laundry facilities is located on this level, as well as a half bath. Located on the west side is the first of two glamorous master suites with a King bed, a luxurious private bath, whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanity. The two guest bedrooms on this main level are located on the southeast and northeast side, each with a private full bath. One bedroom offers a King bed and the other 2 Twins.
The Second Level The remaining 7 bedrooms are located on Grandview's second level. The second master suite is reminiscent of a page from Architectural Digest featuring an antique mirrored vanity and large King bed. The accompanying master bath mirrors the main level master bath with a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanity. There are four additional Gulf-front guest bedrooms decorated with distinctive appeal.
The southeast and northeast bedrooms offer King size beds and are joined by a full bathroom. The north interior bedrooms each offer Queen size beds and another full bath. One of the interior bedrooms offers 2 twin beds. For convenience, there is a second laundry facility located on this level. The two remaining bedrooms on the second level are Gulf-front with king beds and private full baths.
Note: Monthly rentals are not allowed in this property.

This is a gorgeous home that comfortably hosted our group of 21 people (10 adults and 11 children). Unfortunately there were many things not working in the home. The French doors were broken before we arrived and someone came to "fix" the door but it never locked right ( took a lot of effort) and sometimes this door did not lock at all. This was a major safety concern for us. One of the washers was also broken and we were not notified of this prior to our stay. One working washer for 21 people for 8 nights was not acceptable. We also did not have wifi for the first 24 hours and most all of the bedroom and bathroom doors did not lock. We would never have expected these issues in this luxury home nor should we dealt with having to make calls for problems when we paid that much to stay there. We also would have liked a warm shower outside on the lower deck. However, we love the large number of masters facing the gulf and the size and layout of this home suited our group well with it's large kitchen and dining area. This was our third year going to Gulf Shores and I overall was not impressed with the staff at Kaiser Realty and prefer to go through vrbo.com or a similar site where you get to communicate with the owner of the home directly. We feel the service is much more personal and friendly when dealing with the owners.

Experienced problem in changing date for 2011. Would prefer to have week of 4 - 11 June or 11 - 18 June if at all possible because of school problems. Currently reserved for 28 May to 4 June. Will check this coming Saturday for possibility.

Great service from Kaiser. The 10 bedroom home was fantastic for bringing our large family together in one location. The access to the beach was wonderful. The upper deck-perfect. The great room-very friendly for 6 babies and 13 adults. House was clean and ready for guests upon arrival. Room for improvement: In main floor laundry room, cover door was left off with extremely dangerous, open exposure of the main power source coming into the house. If someone had accidently been knocked into that, it likely would have been fatal. The response to "fix" this by screwing the door on was addressed quickly, but should have never been left like that. The downstairs slab area had many piles of rusty nails and debris. We did not find this acceptable. The electronic 'hook-ups' for the DVD players and main room TV left much to be desired!

The house was spacious and clean except for the carpet on the stairs from the first level to the second floor. There were a couple of small things needing repair and Kaiser addressed those quickly. The kitchen was nicely appointed with adequate space for everything. We enjoyed being so close to the sand and the waves were great. We really enjoyed boogie boarding. I would say that the size of the pool was a disapointment and also the amount of debree on the grounds around the house. We picked up many, many 3" nails and roofing nails. A real hazard!!
