Crystal Tower #1701 - Gulf Shores

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores. My husband and I and 3 teenagers. We were so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful our condo was. The pictures don't do the place justice! Very clean, updated, and comfortable furniture. Haven't slept so well in a long time. The beds were amazing - of course the sound of the gulf waters helped lull us to sleep everynight too. The views were amazing from the 17th floor. We feel it was better than other complexes because we had the full view of the gulf and the lagoon and on a clear day could see Orange Beach too. Our teenagers took full advantage of the beach, outdoor pools and hot tub and even spent a little time in the arcade on a cooler day. The area is very family friendly and we didn't worry about them exploring on their own. I loved the ease of access to the pool/beach with the skywalk. I have ms and use a scooter for longer 'walks' and found it to be so convenient. I could roll all the way from our condo to the end of the beach access dock, park along with all the flip flops left there and then walk in the soft sand to our spot to soak in the rays. Even the condo was easy to maneuver around in. Of course, the shower isn't handicapped accessible but I'm okay with that. Just about everything you could think of needing was already available in the kitchen. Except for a pizza pan/cookie sheet. Does have a pizza cutter though.. With teenagers pizza is a staple. Once we got a taste of the fresh seafood our plans to cook and eat most of our meals at 'home' went out the window. We couldn't get enough of it! We ate at several different local eateries. Not a bad experience anywhere! Kaiser was very easy to work with. We were able to check in a little earlier than expected and when we left in the middle of the night it was easy to leave our keys in the drop box on our way out of town. No hassle at all. We are recommending this place to everyone! Can't wait to go back and stay longer next time!

This is a great location. We loved everything about it. This rental has many windows and you can see the entire beach. Best family vacation ever! We highly recommend Cystal Tower and Gulf Shores!

We have been staying in #1701 at Crystal Tower for the past 5 years and you will not stay in a better place. Always super clean, the views are to die for, and the facilities at Crystal Tower are up town from the unit 1701 down to the 2 outside pools, exercise room and the indoor heated pool. The facility itself is super clean, a lot of staff all over the place to make sure your visit is top notch. You want clean, you got it here. And if there are any problems what so ever, Kaiser Realty stands ready to take care of it. Never had a problem that Kaiser was not Johnny on the spot to make it right. They even have a direct phone line in each unit in the event you have a question or nee anything. Great unit, great location and a great vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future. We loved the corner condo with the beach,bay and pool views the best. It was very nice and all the comforts of home. We were able to relax and just enjoy. It was very quiet being on the end so there was no hallway noise from other people and it was still close enough to the elevators. Two balconies for privacy if you were traveling with another couple or small family.

Room was nice and clean when we showed up. Pool, hot tub, and gym were very clean and well kept. Our stay was great, we like to listen to music and there were no complaints from neighbors and other tenets which was also nice. Saw a few things we would have preferred not to see with a little bit of a college spring break crowd, but for the most part things were okay despite a couple incidents. I do feel the rental units on the lower floors should be less expensive as they do not offer much an ocean view...as well as the units not on the ends that have two balconies, I feel the prices should reflect that, I won't book again unless I'm on a high floor or on the end of a floor.

My only concern was with the cleanliness of the unit. Our unit is beautiful, but some of the dishes were dirty, there was dust all over the entertainment center....thick dust....as though it hadn't been dusted in a while. And the shower curtain in the master bedroom had mold on the bottom of it. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't horrible, but these were things that we didn't notice last year in the same unit. The unit itself is wonderful, and the people at Kaiser were great as always. We really enjoy working with them each year!!
