Our labor Day stay turned out to be a lifesaver. We lost power in Metairie from Hurricane Issac. We were scheduled to vacation at same time. e had to stick it out for a couple of days and headed to Gulf Shores to enjoy the air-conditioning!! We did have to find a place for our dog Chase. Kaiser referred us to a place and the trip turned into such a great get away. We will be back soon- hurricane or no hurricane!

Stayed over spring break; loud college kids above us. Received only one key in packet; office was willing to supply a second, butit wasnt convenient to come get it. Indoor Pool and Hot tub here were really dirty- didnt let my kids get in. Condo was really nice. great location. Kaiser initially double-booked the roomwe were offered at Crystal Tower and we ended up here. We do prefer Crystal Tower

We had a wonderful time staying with you in Alabama. The Crystal Shores West is a lovely place to visit and someday we hope to make it our winter home.
