Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the open deck that spans the south side of this one level home. Steps lead offer easy access to the newly refurbished beach and blue/green gulf water. An outside shower is available for rinsing off. Everyone can spread out in this comfortable home that features a spacious living room that opens up with natural light from the elevated roof windows as well as those on the south side of the home. Access to the outside deck is available from glass doors. With great room appeal, this living area opens to the dining area and kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances that will delight even the most discriminating cook. The added charm of the custom built entertainment center and convenient wet bar lends to this homes appeal. Another great addition to Crosswind Landing is a cozy alcove that has a sleeper sofa, perfect for reading or afternoon siestas. Located on the southeast and southwest sides of this home are two master bedrooms; one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, both with private full baths. Both masters have private access to the outside deck. The three remaining bedrooms have queen beds, bunks, and Murphy beds. The living area also has a sleeper sofa. There are two additional full baths as well as a laundry facility to complete the floor plan. Crosswinds offers newer furnishings, carpet and travertine tile throughout.

The house works out perfectly for our family of 12. We like the quiet of the beach location. Our only wish the two times that we have rented Crosswind Landing is that there were some shade on the deck for elderly parents. We have rented with Kaiser 5 times and have been very satisfied.

Our Crosswinds experience was wonderful. For the past 8 years we have always stayed in Fort Morgan because we wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle. Well, we decided to branch out this year. I'm so glad we did. We were far enough away from 59 that it was so quite and beaches were ghostly! But, we were close enough to be able to go get ice cream each evening and get any forgotten supplies and not be gone an hour. Crosswinds itself is a very nice home. Huge area and the kitchen had everything needed. Great experience!! Hope to be able to get it again next year. Plenty of sleeping areas and seating areas!! Great home!!

I selected Crosswind Landing because the online photos showed a large living area. In winter, indoor space is important. The house proved to be plenty big enough for our group of 12. We have been renting houses in various parts of the country for years. This house was the first one that was really equipped for as large a group as it claimed. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. Room for everyone to eat at the table(s). For the record-breaking Saints game the night after Christmas, there were enough comfy chairs for everyone. No one had to sit on a dining room chair to watch the game. As for Kaiser, the service was exceptional. When we reported that the coffee maker didn't work, someone was out in less than 30 minutes with a new machine.
