This 2-story home is located in the Beachside Romar Subdivision in beautiful Orange Beach. Cozy Cabana has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with access to a common pool and tennis court along with a large gazebo and private beach. The main floor offers one bedroom, living room and dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The living room and dining room are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with well-appointed appliances. The dining room table has seating for eight, along with four barstools.
The main floor bedroom is located on the northwest side of the house and features a queen-size bed with a private bathroom. The other three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom is located on the southwest side of the house and features a king-size bed along with a private bathroom and private deck. The master bath offers a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom is in the middle of the house and features two sets of bunk beds with both of the bottom bunks having a double bed. The third bedroom is on the northwest side and features two twin beds. Both the second and third bedrooms utilize the hall bathroom.
This house also features ceiling fans throughout, ceramic tile and carpet, covered parking and multiple TVs.

We loved our stay here. The house had everything we could need and was well maintained. The balconies had plenty of tables and chairs for enjoying the beautiful views of the Gulf. We were close to grocery and other stores which was convenient. Would rent here again. It's a great area.

Our family of 5 shared the Cozy Cabana with another family of 4, for a great family-friend’s week. House was ideal, kids took post-beach showers in "basement" bathroom before going upstairs. Meals shared at the ample kitchen table and counter size accomodated a particularly robust game of Apples to Apples. We flipped for the master bedroom. As the loser of the coin toss, my husband and I enjoyed the main floor bedroom just fine! At the coin toss winner’s suggestion we locked the main floor bathroom door from the hallway to make another "master suite". Three boys shared the bunk room and two girls shared the twin room. All rooms have there own TV's - there's an informative local attractions channel and found it helpful. We enjoyed watching the beach from both porches. Starter kit of soap/cleaners was fine and there were plenty of bath towels. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes/pots/pans/ coffe maker and included a blender. We enjoyed the Hang Out, Wintzell’s, Sail Away Charters Nature Tour, Ft. Morgan, golf, mini-golf & go-carts and Naval Air Museum. The proximity to grocery stores and activities was wonderful. Kaiser Realty assisted with suggestions and provided Blue Angel posters for all the kids. My only suggestion would be to heat the pool, perhaps from say 8AM to 8PM during the Spring Break season (and other times as owners see fit). We’ve a home in Tucson that rents at a higher rate due to the heated pool & spa. I appreciate that having the heater monitored and the utilities needed to supply are added costs, but may be worth it. One occupant of a Beachside home didn't clean up after his dog which we found shocking but everyone else staying in the complex was delightful. On balance - great accomodation, great food facilitating fun in the sun!
