Play at the "house on the beach" at Casa Playa, a duplex located directly across from the Gulf of Mexico on West Beach. Balconies on two of the three levels offer great views and gathering places for family and friends.
The first level is the main living level with a living area, dining and fully equipped, modern kitchen with laundry facility. The bedroom on this level has a king bed and is accompanied by a private full bath. Behind the kitchen is a small den area great for children and game playing; this space has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. An additional full bath completes the schematic of this level. A master suite with a king bed is located on the second level; this room faces the Gulf and is accompanied by a full bath complete with whirlpool tub and separate shower. One guest bedroom on this level has a king bed while the second has a queen bed; each has a private full bath. The laundry facilities are found on this level as well. To top it off, this great duplex is a third level with two guest bedrooms, each with two double beds and one twin bunk bed. There is a full bath common to both bedrooms. A shared pool with the east side of this duplex makes the playtime extra special at Casa Playa.

Our whole family of 17 rarely see each other. Coming from Illinois, Arizona and Pennsylvania. This was one great family vacation. We have 7 wonderful granddaughters and it was so rewarding to see them all get to have such fun together,,,and that goes for the adults also. The beach was fantastic and even though we had to cross the road it was no big deal. The only thing that caused me (as gramma) concern was the all the steps and then mix that with lots and lots of sand. I think I had the broom in my hand 24/7, but would do it all over again if the opportunity arises. Great photos were had by all, even made the Xmas card for the year. Thanks again

My family (9 adults and 5 children) rented Casa Playa West on June 25, 2011. This place exceeded my expectations. The pictures do not do this place justice. We had plenty of room for everyone. We had 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, a washer and dryer and even a grill. There were plenty of dishes and silverware and glassware in the kitchen. There was not any problem sharing the pool with the Casa Playa East. The road we crossed to get to the beach was not ever a problem - you just have to accompany your children. The stairs do pose a problem for the elderly and small children but was not a huge problem for my family. We assisted everyone. I would stay here again.

This is our 3rd year to stay in the Casa Playa House. We love it and look forward to staying again next year. Our entire soccer team and 8 sets of parents/chaperones/coaches can stay comfortably.
