Casa del Mar is two stories with beautiful Travertine tiled outside decks on both levels perfect for watching gorgeous Alabama sunrises. The ground level entry and foyer provides easy access to the upper levels as well as the beach. Arriving to the first floor of this home you will find the open living / dining area and spacious kitchen complete with modern appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops. Windows span the south side of this great room bringing the outside in and allowing access to the deck and steps that lead to the sugary white sand below. On the north side of this level are two bedrooms each with queen beds and full baths; one bath offers common access.

The second level of Casa del Mar houses the five remaining bedrooms and four baths beginning with the distinguished master suite with a king bed and master bath featuring a whirlpool tub “with a gulf view”! This bath has cultured marble and upgraded fixtures throughout; there is also a separate shower. Located on the east side of this level are two bedrooms perfect for children. One has a twin bunk while the other, a twin trundle; both bedrooms share a common full bath.
