The living room and dining room are very spacious and open with windows that allow natural light to warm this large space. The kitchen is fully equipped with well-appointed appliances including an ice machine. The master bedroom on this level offers a queen-size bed and a private full bath featuring a shower/hot tub combination and a double vanity. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and utilizes a hall common bath.
On the second level of the house is a sitting area overlooking the living room a perfect place for retreating and relaxing, and two bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (the bottom beds of the bunks are a double and the top is a single) and a private bath. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and utilizes a hall common bath.
The cupola located on the third level of this home offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
A separate entrance to the ground level of this home offers a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with a shower only and an interior access to the main level of this home.

We have been coming to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area for 10 years, and have stayed 6 times in various homes in Beachside Romar. Last year we rented from another company and found their service and attention to detail to be very inferior to the great service and response of the folks at Kaiser. Calypso Breeze is a nice home;however it does need a little TLC. The tub enclosure in the main floor bathroom is bowed with mold behind it. We also saw mold in some of the vents in the home. I realize that the climate in the area would make this difficult to keep this under control, but it did have an effect on our granddaughter's asthma. I highly recommend this complex to anyone as it has a great pool and tennis court plus the gazebo where you are able to grill and enjoy a cocktail while cooking. All of the family is already looking forward to our vacation next year in the same complex.

The house was great. We had a normal appliance issue and the service person was there in hours to fix, so that was great. Great vacation great location. I will come back again
