We really enjoyed how the house was located on the beach we didn't have to worry about our kids we could let them have fun the house was very nice the only thing is all the beds except for the queen was hard as a rock it was like sleeping on the floor but other than that we really enjoyed it.. I think they need to invest in better mattresses and it would make this place great thank you for a wonderful weekend

We loved the location, the furnishings were in pretty good shape except for the master bedroom. The mattress is way past due on being replaced. The neighbors (In East side) had the same complaint.

Location was great, but... house needed lots of small maintenance items taken care of. Decor was old fashioned, frumpy and old. Mattresses were uncomfortble except in Master. Dishwasher didn't clean dishes, clothes dryer didn't dry, ceiling fans were wobbly and scary, no beach chairs and downstairs shower head was awful. But despite all this, we had a great time!
