Blue Parrot Duplexes are located approximately 1.8 miles west of Highway 59 on West Beach Blvd. These five bedroom, three bath per side properties will accommodate twelve guests.
The main level of each side features a living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a full bath. The second level features three guest bedrooms and two full baths. Each duplex offers covered porches and a sun deck area.
Blue Parrot 3 and 4 share a gulf side pool. The bedroom located on the north side of the main level has a king bed and access to a full bath. The guest bedroom on this level has two twin beds; this bedroom shares the full bath. A master bedroom is located on the second level on the south side offering private access to the outside balcony; a perfect place for an afternoon read. There is a king bed in this master which also has a private full bath. The guest bedroom on the north side has a queen bed while the remaining bedroom has two twin beds. Both guest bedrooms on this level share a common full bath. There is a convenient laundry facility on the second level.

This past summer was our 2nd time to stay at this beach rental and we were super excited to return. We are currently looking at this rental to go to this summer as well. However, last year was disappointing in the condition of the house. After we got back home I sent an email listing specifically all the things that needed to be fixed in the home. It's a shame that such an incredible place with a fantastic location had been abused and not repaired as this house had. We all are hoping that the issues have been addressed and all is well and ready to go for the summer. We want to make our reservations asap but still have heard no reply from the rental company if the repairs have been made?? We really like this home and love the location and we are waiting and excited to return.

The house was very clean and nice. The only problem we had with this house was the dryer. The dryer didn't work the entire week we were there, someone came to fix it but still didn't work. The location was great. It was within walking distance to a small grocery store. We would stay here again if the dryer worked properly. This house sits right on the beach. Just a short distance to the water.

We had a great time and the house was very nice. Even though we were without T.V. for the first 2 days ya'll brought us a gift certificate to rent movies and we really appreciate that. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, because the weather was not warm enough, but everything was very nice. Everyone at your office was very nice and we were able to check in early since no one was renting our unit before us. Thanks for a great experience and I will definately use you again. We come to the coast every year and I have used Brett Robinson, Bender, VRBO and now can add Kaiser to that list and will definately recommend you to all my friends.
