This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is located on Ono Island directly on Perdido Bay. Ono Island is approximately 9 miles east of Highway 59 on Perdido Beach Blvd. This is the perfect location for fishing, swimming or boating and offers direct access into the Gulf of Mexico via Perdido Pass at Alabama Point.

Some of the amenities of Bien Venue include a large sun deck area, two master bedrooms that open to the deck area, and a small beach area on the Bay. This house has a deep water pier for boat docking. There is also covered parking located under the house.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are very open and spacious and provide a great view of the bay. The living room has a sofabed. The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a microwave. The house is equipped with cable TV, and it has multiple TV's and a VCR. There are ceiling fans located throughout the house.

The master bedroom is located on the southeast side of the house. This large bedroom opens directly onto the deck that overlooks the bay. It has a king-size bed and a private bath. The second master bedroom also has deck access, a king-size bed and a private bath and is located on the southwest side. On the northwest side is a third bedroom with a queen-size bed. This bedroom utilizes the hall bath. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and also utilizes a hall bathroom.
