Beachin’ Duplex East is a direct Gulf front 5-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf Shores beach home located approximately 2 miles west of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores. This beachy bright orange duplex has a private full size swimming pool.
The main level of each side of Beachin’ features a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. In addition, there is a north side bedroom with a king-size bed and an adjoining full bath that is also hallway accessible. The second level of Beachin’ Duplex East offers three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom is Gulf-front with a king-size bed and private full bath; this master bedroom offers private access to the Gulf front balcony. The middle bedroom has two twin beds while the north bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a common full bath shared by these two bedrooms. This level also features a stackable washer & dryer. The ground level bedroom has two single bunk beds.

Our family has been staying at the Beachin East and West for the 4th of July since it was built. When we checked out on July 10th, we were informed that the travel insurance for next year (which we booked) was mandatory. This was a surprize, since it had always been optional. Also, I spoke to Randy Kaiser about some things that needed to be improved at the house.. he wrote them down. The Tv's on the East side were terrible and needed to be replaced, the outside wooden deck area by the entrance door is in desperate need of cleaning and painting, especially on the East side. We had to change the aC filters and the units need to be serviced. Several chairs a missing in the dinning room. Overall the house needs to be maintained better and we have seen it go down each year. Our family looks forward to 4th of July 2011 and hopefully these problems can be corrected.
