This condo is just beautiful. We had a full house (8 adults and 4 children) and cannot tell you how much room we had. With 5 bedrooms/5 baths - what more can you ask for. Never felt crowded. The condo is so spacious and the very huge balcony overlooking the ocean was awesome. We had such an awesome family time. The only regret we had was leaving. Check in and check out was very simple and Kaiser was fantastic to work with. We will definitely be back.

It probably wouldn't be fair to rate this condo as we were there during a tropical depression and it rained the entire trip! Although, the condo was very spacious which did help since we were indoors a lot of our visit! The tvs in the bedrooms were older and one did not work in a master suite. Bed Linens, specifically the sheets, were not good quality. On our third night, there was a fire in the building and we were evacuated at 12:30am. The Beach Club worked very hard to get all tenants into another location. Kaiser was very fair in refunding the two nights we were displaced. Therefore, we will definitely stay with Kaiser again on our next visit! We did get a very reasonable rate!

Great to work with and we loved the Avalon beach club! We would love to return and will always use Kaiser!
