The staff was wonderful and the property was well maintained. We were nervous about the balcony did not have a screen but we were not infested by bugs anyway but it would probably be better to screen in the balcony.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time with our family. The time was very relaxing and comfortable. We definitely recommend using Kaiser Reality. They were so helpful and pleasant during our time at the beach.

Loved the condo. It's nicely appointed and all the necessities are there. Comfortable furniture, super clean, and little packets of laundry and dishwasher soap made our 3 day stay a lot easier. Beautiful view. Only 2 caveats: don't count on the sleep sofa for an adult -very thin, uncomfortble mattress. My grown son elected to use the sofa instead. Watch out for the ceiling fan! A blade fell off while we were there. Luckily, it didn't do it while moving, or someone might have been injured. Otherwise, a beautiful place with a great beach. Parasailing was available right in front of the building, the pool was clean, and chair-umbrella rentals were also available just outside from 8 am to 6 pm.

We especially enjoyed the panoramic ocean view along with the furnishings made for a very relaxing stay!

This was our second stay at the Beach Club and our first in Doral #1208. Our favorite of the four buildings is Doral. It is on the west end of the four buildings, so the view is better. The elevators are fast and there are 3 available. The grounds and pool are well maintained. The restaurant Southbeach is wonderful and has an awesome view. Doral 1208 was clean and the furniture was nice. I especially liked the swivel cushioned rocker in the living room-while sitting there looking straight out the sliding glass door it appeared you could be looking out onto a cruise deck-all that was visible was the water. Once you stand and walk out onto the balcony you could see the pool below and the beautiful white beach. The Tv's in the photos appear old however the living room and master have nice new flat panel tvs. The whole place has tile flooring. Our only compliant would be the few amount of towels provided-this is apparently just a Kaiser rental issue, and more are available for a fee. Regardless there is a washer dryer we kept busy. We had a carefree worryfree vacation and would return in a heartbeat!
