Located approximately 6 miles west of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores, Alabama, this beautiful and stately beach house is perfect for multiple and extended families. Everyone will enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the large deck located on the main level, and seven of the ten bedrooms are Gulf-front.
A refreshing plunge pool is located outside at the southwest corner of this great home.
The main living area of Barefoot Bungalow II is spacious and offers a great room atmosphere by including the dining area and kitchen into the scheme. The living area offers deck access with steps leading to the glistening white sand and Gulf water.
The Main Level The fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen features two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a free standing ice machine. One of two laundry facilities is located on this level, along with a half bath. Located on the west side of this level is the first of two master suites; this room has a king bed and is accompanied by a large private bath featuring a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanity sink. A large picture window offers a lagoon view! The southeast bedroom has a king bed with a private full bath. The northeast bedroom sleeps three with two twin beds, one of which has a twin trundle. This bedroom is accompanied by a private full bath.
The Second Level The second level of Barefoot Bungalow II houses the seven remaining bedrooms. On the west side is the second Gulf-front master suite which mirrors the master and master bath below on the main level. The southeast bedroom on this level has a queen bed and shares a full bath with the northeast bedroom which has one bunk bed and one twin bed, sleeping three. Next to the northeast bedroom is another bedroom with one bunk bed; this bedroom has a private full bath. The three remaining bedrooms on the second level are all Gulf-front with king beds and private full baths. The additional laundry facility is located on this level.

We had a great time in this beautiful home. Access to beach is perfect & convenience to stores is great. We would have liked a full size pool for the kids. They all swim but the pool was not big enough for laps & races. I still rate it a 10 though.

Our family have stayed in Barefoot Bungalow II for two years in the week that overlaps July and august and have it reserved for this year also. We love the size, the privacy of the beach, and the chance for our family to have a good visit. We found a few minor things needed while we were there and managed to get them taken care of somewhat--could be better--10:00 a.m. is a bit early for checkout of such a large house--should allow an extra thirty minutes for the kitchen--checkout for the upstairs at 10:00 is okay--the cleaning crew start upstairs anyway.

This house has 10 lovely bedrooms each having its own bathroom. There's a large spacious great room with a dining table that will seat 20 people; a very spacious kitchen with 2 refrigerators; and a wonderful deck/balcony/patio overlooking the water. We chose this house to have a wedding and it couldn't have been more perfect. It was spectacular being able to stay there.

We stayed at barefoot bungalow with a group of 21. The home was beautiful and spacious. It was very clean and comfortable and had an amazing view from the patio. With only a short walk to the beautiful beach, you could enjoy the gulf's view or waters. Kaiser realty was extremely helpful and check-in was as simple as it could possibly get. The whole experience was fantastic and we would definitely stay in this home or with Kaiser Realty again.

The checkin was quick and simple. The house was clean and had everything imaginable in it for us to use. The home is beautiful! Spacious rooms, each with its own bath, an extra large kitchen for lots of helping hands, and a relaxing balcony porch for morning coffee or just enjoying the view. The house is located away from the high-rise condos, which is perfect if you want plenty of beach space for just your family to enjoy. The waters are gorgeous and the sand is clean and white. Checkout was done with the simple push of a button on the master phone. There are too many things we liked to pick just one favorite, but the only complaint I might have is that there is not much parking space. There are ten bedrooms, which means possibly ten or more vehicles, but parking is limited since you can't park on the sides of the road. However, having the house close to the road with little parking means more sandy beach to enjoy behind the house! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a beachfront home to accomodate a large extended family.
