Note: Admirals Quarters requires a 7-night minimum stay. Admirals Quarters condominiums rent only Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

We have stayed at admirals Quarters for several consecutive years, beginning around 2008. Many of those years we have booked through Kaiser Realty and some we have booked on vrbo.com. My only complaint about unit 1004 was the queen bed in the guest room. It was poor quality, and we would have preferred 2 doubles or queen beds. Unfortunately, we booked late in the year so those options were taken. My only suggestion would be to provide more bedding in more of the units, especially since beach vacations are such an economical option for large families.

On the spur of the moment we decided to take the grandsons to the beach. I usually spends hours researching Vrbo for the perfect place but did not have the time on this trip. I called Kaiser and talk about service with a smile. They were awesome. They took care of every detail quickly and this condo was absolutely perfect. It had everything one could possibly need, this floor is perfect for viewing the dolphins (which we saw everyday) and it was so clean and so pretty. I would definitely ask for this condo on our next visit.

Good location. Clean and well kept. We have stayed in 2 and 3 bedroom units. All were above average. A great place to stay. March is a great time to visit. Fewer vacationers, no lines to deal with. Great

Great accommodations, great price, clean, right on the beach. Ez access with keycode, never need to carry a physical key. Kaiser staf very friendly, check-in was quick and courteous despite our after-hours arival.
