2nd Annual Kaiser Realty Coastal ½ Marathon & 5K Run

kaiser coastal marathon 09Lace up your shoes on November 28 for the 2nd Annual Kaiser Realty Coastal Half Marathon and 5K.  Once again, Kaiser Realty is partnering with Team Magic and the Alabama Gulf Coast Sports Commission to present this event.  More than 500 runners from around the country will gather at the Orange Beach Sportsplex before taking off on the ½ Marathon, 5K Run and 1 mile Fun Run.  Team Magic will be awarding over $5,000 in prizes to the winners of each event.

25th Annual International Songwriters Festival

Songwriters FestivalMusic enthusiasts get ready!  The 25th annual Frank Brown International Songwriters Festival is coming to the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast.  This event is scheduled for November 12-22 at local venues from Gulf Shores to Pensacola.  These restaurants and bars will be featuring over 100 of best and brightest songwriters from around the world, performing their own songs. This eleven day festival is an opportunity for songwriters to get together, share, and create new music.  So, come down to the Alabama Gulf Coast and enjoy the musical experience of the 2009 Songwriters Festival, which promises to be the biggest and best so far.
