Over the past three decades we’ve established a list of a few things we’ve learned that you may want to bring with you for your next trip to beautiful Gulf Shores/Orange Beach.
What is Provided:

Items to Bring for Your Kaiser Realty Vacation:
Kitchen Necessities:
- Spices
- Condiments
- Napkins
- Paper Towels (Kaiser Realty provide an initial roll)
- Ziploc bags or Tupperware
- Garbage Bags (Kaiser Realty provide you with one garbage bag upon entry to your property)
- Aluminum Foil or Plastic wrap
- Dish washing Detergent (Kaiser Realty provide one packet of detergent)
- Coffee, Coffee filters, sugar & creamer
- Dish Soap, Hand Soap, Disinfectant (Kaiser Realty provides hand soap in the bathrooms and a starter pack for dish soap)
Bath Essentials:
- Bath Soap (Kaiser Realty, Inc. by Wyndham Vacation Rentals provides an initial small bath bar)
- Shampoo, Conditioner and additional toiletries
- Toothpaste, Tooth Brush
- Hair dryer, Styling Tools
- Bath Tissue (Kaiser Realty provides an initial roll along with a back up roll)
Beach Time Must-Haves:
- Bathing Suit
- Beach /Pool Towels
- Beach Equipment (Many of these items can be rented through one of our Industry Partners)
- Carrying Tote (Kaiser Realty, Inc. by Wyndham Vacation Rentals provides guests with a medium sized, complimentary tote at Check-In)
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses, Hats, Beach Cover-up
- Beach Games / Toys (Boccie Ball, Frisbee, Skim Boards, etc.)
- Books and Magazines
Additional Vacation Gear:
- Linens for baby cribs
- Baby Equipment (Many of these items can be rented through our Industry Partners)
- Laundry Detergent (Kaiser Realty, Inc. by Wyndham Vacation Rentals provides one packet of laundry detergent to guests upon arrival)
- All purpose cleaner/wipes for counter tops
- Personal electronics & Respective Power Cords (Cameras, Video Cameras, Cell Phones, Laptop Computers)
- Prescriptions and Medications
- DVD and Videos
- Family Games (Many owners keep games in their properties for your enjoyment but we encourage you to bring your favorites along)

We make every effort to maintain our vacation rental properties in their best possible condition. Any necessary repairs during your stay will be handled as quickly as possible. HOWEVER, NO RENT REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR MALFUNCTIONS.
