By Interstate
Interstates 10 and 65, as well as U.S. Highway 98, connect to Alabama Highway 59 (Gulf Shores Parkway).
- From I-10 take Exit #44. Continue on Hwy. 59 for approximately 28 miles. Once in Gulf Shores, cross over the Intracoastal Waterway. The Kaiser Realty office is located approximately 0.5 miles south of the bridge on the right hand side of the road.
- From I-65 take Exit #37. This will change to Hwy.59 as the road opens to four lanes. Continue on Hwy. 59 for approximately 50 miles. Our office is located approximately 0.5 miles south of the Intracoastal canal bridge on the right hand side of the road.

The Pensacola, Florida, and Mobile, Alabama airports service major airlines, and both are located within an hour’s drive from Gulf Shores. Driving Directions From Pensacola Regional Airport:
Head northeast on Airport Blvd toward Service Center Rd and take a slight right to stay on Airport Blvd. Turn left onto N 12th Ave and continue onto E Fairfield Dr. Take a slight right onto W Fairfield Dr and follow for approximately 3.6 miles. Turn right onto FL-298 W/Lillian Hwy and continue for approximaely 0.7 miles. Turn left onto FL-173 S/N Blue Angel Pkwy and follow for approximately 4.8 miles until you will turn right onto FL-292 W/Sorrento Rd. Continue to follow FL-292 W until you enter the Alabama state line. The road will turn into Perdido Beach Blvd once you cross the Alabama state line, continue on this road for approximately 11 miles. Turn right onto Gulf shores Parkway. Kaiser Realty’s offices will be located approximately 1.3 miles ahead on the left.
Driving Directions From Mobile Regional Airport:
Turn left out of the airport onto Airport Blvd until you run into I-65. Merge onto I-65 South for approximately 3 miles. Merge left onto O-10 South via the Exit 0 ramp. Continue on I-10 until the Loxely exit to Highway 59. Continue down Highway 59 until you enter Gulf Shores. Cross over the bridge at the Intercoastal Waterway and continue down Highway 59 for approximately 0.8 miles. The Kaiser Realty offices will be located on the right hand side of the road.

Perfect for water lovers, Gulf Shores/Orange Beach can be easily reached by boat by traveling the Intracoastal Waterway. The Tennessee-Tombigbee links the Intracoastal Waterway to river ports in the Midwest, while the Gulf Waterway provides an East to West link to cities as far away as Key West, Florida, and Brownsville, Texas.
