This site plan is conceptual at this time and need not be built.
The conceptual plan shows a double bay marina, a dry-dock, five parks, harbor master building, an Island accessed by two pedestrian bridges, fitness club, pool and a park. There are 600 boat slips applied for and expect approval on 325. Boat slips are in and around the whole development and the Island. Maximum units can be 1,700 but optimum number of units would be around 850.
