Let the magic of Christmas start to shine! Bellingrath Gardens and Homes Magic Christmas in Lights will be held November 23rd through December 31st  with the exception of being closed on Christmas Day. This years light display will host a new scene located right past the Underwater Gardens and will feature polar bears and igloos in a assortment of magical colors.

Admission to Bellingrath’s Magic Christmas in Lights will be $15 for adults and $7 for children. Bellingrath will serve dinner and will have it hot and ready for guests from 4pm to 8pm. Pricing for the dinner varies for adults and children. Adults dinners will cost $10.95 Monday through Thursday and $11.95 Friday through Sunday. Children’s dinners will be $8.95 Monday through Thursday and $9.95 Friday through Sunday.

The fall time weather patterns have finally arrived at the beach. November 8th through the 18th The 28th Annual Frank Brown Songwriters Festival will once again return to the Gulf Coast! Frank Brown was a night watchman at the Flora-Bama for 28 years. Not retiring until he was 91, Frank kept peace at the Flora-Bama with his genuine caring attitude towards other people. As Frank would say, “Success is when a man gets what he wants; happiness is when a man wants what he’s got.”

The festival will showcase Grammy Award winning songwriters and up and coming stars performing their own original written songs.
