Frederic’s Restaurant will hold “Savor the Flavors” a United Way of Baldwin County benefit, Wednesday, April 28 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Faulkner State Community College (FSCC) Gulf Shores campus, 3301 Gulf Shores Parkway. The lunch highlights the latest trends and tastes from some of the Gulf Coast’s hottest up and coming chefs. Among other culinary delights, event goers will have a chance to sample black & bleu burgers, sweet potato chips with cinnamon and cayenne, chicken gumbo, spinach salad, Portobello burgers, bread pudding and peach cobbler.

Guests can also participate in a silent auction and bake sale with a variety of fresh pastries and breads available for purchase. Silent auction items include a four-course, seasonal meal for up to 10 people, prepared by Chef Will Hughs in the privacy of your home, and a two-night stay at the Beach Club on Fort Morgan peninsula.
