Jenny Lind is a renovated Gulf-front duplex in the beachfront subdivision, Nordic Villas on Romar Beach approximately 4.8 miles east of Highway 59 in Orange Beach. With three levels per side, this duplex says “hello, let’s have some fun in the sun” the moment you enter! The ground level of Jenny Lind East features a porch covered entry from the north side parking area which opens to the foyer. A bedroom located on the northwest side of the foyer has two twin bunks with a private full bath featuring a tub/shower combination. The Gulf side bedroom on the southwest side has a queen bed and private full bath with a tub/shower combination. A cozy living area offers a sleeper sofa, as well as access to the patio and dune walk over leading to the sugary white sand and blue-green gulf water, as well as a sofa sleeper. This space has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and sink. For added convenience, there is a half bath on this level. The interior stairway leads to the floors above.

The main level of the east side of Jenny Lind opens up incorporating the living area, dining area, and kitchen that is both comfortable and functional. The wide, open stairway and upper level landing heightens the ceiling and brings the sunshine in with natural light. Access to the outside deck allows a place for quiet retreat. The bedroom on this level is located on the northwest side and has a queen bed; this room utilizes the common full bath with a stand up shower.

Completing the charm of this great floor plan is the third level where on the southwest side is a master bedroom with a king bed and private full bath featuring a combination jetted tub/shower. This master also offers access to a private gulf front balcony great for catching up with your reading. The guest bedroom on the north side has two twin beds and private full bath. Completing this level is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Jenny Lind East has tile and carpet throughout and is non-smoking. The current sleeping for this east side includes 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins, 2 twin bunks and a sleeper sofa Adjoining door key for access to Jenny Lind West available when renting both sides of the duplex. This door is located in the dining room. Group bookings require additional fees.

Note: Jenny Lind East requires a 7-night minimum stay from Memorial Day to Labor Day and rents only Saturday to Saturday during this time.
