Vacationing in Gulf Shores Just Got Easier

‘No more waiting in line, guests may now drive directly to vacation rentals’ –

Gulf Shores, AL - May 1, 2008 – What could make a vacation easier? How about skipping check-in? Kaiser Realty, Inc. in Gulf Shores, AL launched Kaiser Vacation Direct on May 1, 2008. This service allows guests to travel directly to their vacation rental without the need to go to an office to check in because of keyless or keycard entry to the property. Guests will check in by telephone in the property.

As part of Kaiser Realty’s continuing effort to offer the best customer service in the area, Kaiser Vacation Direct is a step forward in the future of vacation rental management. The goal of Kaiser Vacation Direct is to enhance customer service. As competition in the area grows, guest satisfaction and convenience are more important than ever. With prepaid rent, guests don’t even have to come by Kaiser’s office to check-in. Guests will be mailed an individual code, for the KABA locks, or their keycards for the specific property they have booked. These keycards and codes are specific to individual properties and are valid only for the dates and times of these particular reservations.
